A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Conyers and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling divers Lands and Rents-charge on the Rector of the Church of Maydwell, in the County of Northampton, and his Successors; and, in Lieu thereof, for settling other Lands, and discharging Tithes belonging to the said Church, according to several Agreements between the Patron and the said Rector, made upon the enclosing of Lands in Maydwell, and afterwards, with Consent of the Ordinary, confirmed by several Decrees in the Court of Chancery;" to which they desire their Lordships Concurrence.

Sir R. Atkins versus Tooke & al.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall hear the Cause wherein Sir Robert Atkyns is Appellant, and Elizabeth Tooke and others Respondents, on Friday the Thirteenth Day of this Instant March at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and the Judges then to attend.

Parliament to meet, in Case of His Majesty's Demise, Bill.

Whereas this Day was appointed for the House to be put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for continuing, meeting, and sitting of a Parliament, in Case of the Death or Demise of His Majesty, His Heirs or Successors:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee upon the said Bill, on Tuesday the Tenth Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Habeas Corpus Act, for Suspension of, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for empowering. His Majesty to apprehend and detain such Persons as He shall find Cause to suspect are conspiring against His Majesty's Royal Person and Government."

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee had gone through the Bill; and think it fit to pass; without any Amendment."

Message to H. C. to return the Bill to withdraw the Obligation for coining of Guineas.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Godolphin and others:

Who returned the Bill, intituled, "An Act for taking off the Obligation and Encouragement for coining Guineas, for a certain Time therein mentioned;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the Lords Amendment, with an Amendment, to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Which Amendment, being read Three Times, was agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

After hearing Counsel for and against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making navigable the Rivers of "Wye and Lugg, in the County of Hereford:"

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.
