The House being this Day moved, "That Thomas Morgan and Benjamine Rawlins may enter into a Recognizance for Kingman Hort and Isaac Hort, upon their Appeal depending in this House:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Morgan and Benjamin Rawlins may enter into a Recognizance for the Petitioners, as desired.

Northern Borders Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to continue Four former Acts, for preventing Theft and Rapine upon the Northern Borders of England," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to continue Four former Acts, for preventing Theft and Rapine upon the Northern Borders of England."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Stretton and Princethorpe Bill:

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making the Towns of Stretton and Princethorpe a separate Parish from Woolston, in the County of Warwick," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to.

Message from H. C. to return Heron's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Poultney and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir Charles Heron Baronet to sell Lands, for a Payment of a Portion and Debts;" to which they have agreed, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Which Amendments, being read Three Times were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for erecting of Hospitals and Workhouses within the City of Bristoll, for the better employing and maintaining the Poor thereof."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be read the Second Time on Friday next.

Honour of Tutbury, Needwood Forest, &c. for re-vesting in the King, Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled, An Act for re-vesting in His Majesty the Honour of Tutbury, Forest of Needwood, several Lands and Offices, and other Profits thereunto belonging, and for vacating certain Letters Patents therein mentioned," shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Hort versus Hort.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Kingman Hort and Isaac Hort, from a Decree or Order of Dismission made in the Court of Chancery, the Three and Twentieth Day of November last, on the Behalf of Thomas Hort and Thomas Knight; as also upon the Answer of Thomas Hort and Thomas Knight put in thereunto:

After due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Kingman Hort and Isaac Hort shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree or Order of Dismission, made in the Court of Chancery the Three and Twentieth Day of November last, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Foyle versus Swayne & al.

The House being this Day moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Elizabeth Foyle Widow and John Foyle Gentleman are Appellants, and William Swayne Esquire, Robert Hyde Esquire, and John Clement Gentleman, are Respondents:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Saturday the Eight and Twentieth Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
