PRAYERS.

Duty on Houses, to make good Deficiencies of clipped Money, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for granting to His Majesty several Rates or Duties upon Houses, for making good the Deficiency of the clipped Money."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Saturday next.

Sir T. Clarke versus Cary, in Error.

The House being this Day moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Sir Talbot Clarke is Plaintiff, and John Cary Defendant:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued thereupon, on Wednesday the First Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Honour of Tutbury, Needwood Forest, &c. for revesting in the King, Bill, &c.

Whereas this Day was appointed for the House to be put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for re-vesting in His Majesty the Honour of Tutbury, Forest of Needwood, several Lands and Offices, and other Profits thereunto belonging, and for vacating several Letters Patents therein mentioned:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee, upon the said Bill, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Plantation Trade, to prevent Frauds in, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for preventing Frauds and regulating Abuses in the Plantation Trade."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Rochester reported, "That the Committee have not been able to proceed in the Bill; therefore desire some other Time may be appointed, for the House to be put into a Committee again."

ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee again, upon the said Bill, To-morrow Morning.

Seamen, for Increase and Encouragement of, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Increase and Encouragement of Seamen."

After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Manchester reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill, with several Amendments; which his Lordship is ready to report, when the House will receive the same."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock, the Report shall be made from the Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Increase and Encouragement of Seamen."

Juries, for better regulating, Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That, on Wednesday next, this House shall be put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Ease of Jurors and better regulating of Juries."

Adjourn.
