Personal Estates in Wales, Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put
into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An
Act for taking away the Custom of Wales, which
hinders Persons from disposing their Personal Estates
by their Wills."
After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Huntingdon reported, "That the
Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think
it fit to pass, with the Addition of a Proviso."
Which, being read Twice, was agreed to.
Charitable Gifts, &c. to encourage, Bill.
