Willoughby's Petition.

ORDERED, That the Petition of William Willoughby Esquire is referred to the Consideration of the Committee for the Earl of Cleveland's Bill.

Bill to provent the Importation of Irish Cattle.

Next, the House was adjourned into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Bill against importing Irish Cattle, &c.

And, after a long and serious Debate, the House was resumed.

Bp. of Norwich, Thanks for his Sermon.

ORDERED, That the Thanks of this House be given to the Lord Bishop of Norwich, for his Pains in the Service he performed in preaching a Sermon before the Peers in the Abbey Church at Westm. Yesterday, being the Monthly Day appointed by His Majesty for Fasting and Humiliation, in regard of the Pestilence; and that his Lordship be, and is hereby, desired to print and publish his said Sermon.
