E. of Clarendon's Impeachment.

Next the House resumed the Consideration of the Accusation of Treason brought from the House of Commons Yesterday against the Earl of Clarendon, how to proceed upon this general Accusation. And the Precedent in 28 H. VI. N° 14, 15, 16, 17, in the Case of William de la Poole; and also the Precedent in the Journal of this House, in 3° Caroli, Fol. 73, 74, being the Report concerning the Liberty of the Subject, was read.

After a long Debate, it is ORDERED, That this House will resume the further Debate of this Business To-morrow Morning.

The Question being put, "Whether this House shall be adjourned till To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
