PRAYERS.
Message to H. C. renewed, that the Lords agree to a Conference about committing the E. of Clarendon.
The House being informed, "That the Messengers sent Yesterday to the House of Commons had not delivered their Message, in regard the House was risen before they did get thither; this House appointed the same Messengers to let the House of Commons know, that the Lords do agree to a Free Conference, as they desired in their last Message; and do appoint the Time to be at Eleven of the Clock this Morning, and the Place to be the Painted Chamber."
Bill for taxing Adventurers in the Fens.
ORDERED, That the Bill concerning taxing of the Fens shall be read the Second Time To-morrow Morning; at which Time those Petitions delivered into this House concerning that Business shall be then also read.
Sir C. Stanley's Bill.
ORDERED, That the Bill to enable Trustees to make Leases, for Payment of the Debts, and Provision for the Children, of Sir Charles Stanley, shall be read the Third Time To-morrow Morning.
Bp. of Durham's Lead Mines Bill.
The Earl of Dorsett reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning the Lead Mines, and have made some Alterations and Amendments therein."
Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to, with adding of the Words ["Fifty Pounds"], which was inserted at the Table.

The Messengers sent to the House of Commons return with this Answer:
That they had delivered their Message.
The House of Commons being ready for the Free Conference in the Painted Chamber, the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Lords went to the Conference; which being ended, the House was resumed.
And it is ORDERED, That the Report of this Free Conference shall be made To-morrow Morning.
