ORDERED, That London and Keese, Bailiffs of Westm.
formerly attached for arresting Belon, Servant to the
King, having put in Security to appear before this
House, shall be again taken into Custody, and brought
to the Bar of this House on Friday Morning next.
The Lord Viscount Hallifax is added to the Committee
for Privileges.
The Earl of Craven, the Lord Widdrington, and the
Lord Ashley, are added to the Committee for the Bill
concerning Leather.
The Lord Delawar is added to the Committee for
Petitions.
Thanks from the King, for the Lords Address.
The Lord Chamberlain reported, "That, according
to their Lordships Commands Yesterday, he had waited
on the King, and returned the humble Thanks of this
House for His Majesty's Gracious Speech Yesterday,
with a Desire that His Majesty would please to give
order for the printing and publishing the same. And
His Majesty returns their Lordships Thanks for the
same, and hath given Order for the printing His said
Speech."
Address to the King concerning Foreign Nobility.
The Earl of North'ton reported, "That the Committee for Privileges had prepared the Draught of an
Address to be presented to His Majesty concerning
Foreign Nobility, which is offered to the Consideration of the House."
Which being read; after some Debate, it is ORDERED,
That the said Address is re-committed to the further
Consideration of the Committee for Privileges; who are
to meet on Thursday next, in the Afternoon.

His Lordship further reported, "That the Committee for the Journal Book are at a Stop, and cannot
proceed further in the Perusal and Perfecting of that
Record, in regard this House hath yet given no Resolution touching the Order entered concerning Minors
sitting in this House; therefore the Committee desires
their Lordships further Directions therein."
Report concerning Foreign Nobility.
Further his Lordship reported, "That the Committee for Privileges do find that Barons of other
Kingdoms do wear Coronets with Six Pearls behind
their Coaches, which none ought to do but English
Barons; which the Committee offers to the Consideration of this House."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it is hereby referred
to the Lord Great Chamberlain of England, to take
Care, that when His Majesty is to come to this House,
none be admitted to come into this House before His
Majesty cometh, but the Peers, and the Eldest Sons of
Peers, and the Assistants and the necessary Attendants
belonging to this House.
