Judgement against Holles, Sir J. Elliot, & al. brought in.

This Day Justice Windham, the ancientest Judge of the Court of King's Bench now in Town, brought into this House, in the usual Manner, a Writ of Error, to reverse a Judgement given in the Court of King's Bench against Sir John Elliott and others.

Martii, where this Writ of Error is brought in by the Lord Chief Justice, and thereupon Judge Windham's Indorsement upon the Writ was canceled.
