PRAYERS.

The Petition of John Norden is to be read To-morrow Morning.

Judgement against Holles, Sir J. Elliot, & al. brought in.

This Day Justice Windham, the ancientest Judge of the Court of King's Bench now in Town, brought into this House, in the usual Manner, a Writ of Error, to reverse a Judgement given in the Court of King's Bench against Sir John Elliott and others.

Vide 9

Martii, where this Writ of Error is brought in by the Lord Chief Justice, and thereupon Judge Windham's Indorsement upon the Writ was canceled.
