Morley and Grenvile versus Elwes.

The House entering this Day into Debate what Judgement to give, in the Cause now depending before their Lordships, between Cutbert Morley and Bernard Grenvile Esquires Petitioners, and Jeremy and Henry Elwaies Defendants, upon the whole Matter as it lies before their Lordships, in the Petition, Answer, Decree, and Proofs thereupon made at the Bar of this House:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House doth adjourn the further Debate of the Question this Day propounded, and debated, (videlicet,) "Whether, upon the whole Matter, Relief is to be given to the Petitioners by this Court," until Friday the Sixth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
