E. Berks versus Marshall and Tiffers, for an Assault.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Thomas Earl of Berkshire, a Peer of this Realm, and a Member of this House; complaining of an Assault made upon his Person, by Ralph Marshall, John Tiffer, and James Tiffer, on the 28th Day of March, 1666:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Ralph Marshall, John Tiffer, and James Tiffer, be, and they are hereby, required to appear at the Bar of this House, on Monday the Ninth Day of March Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, to answer the said Complaint; at which Time the Earl of Berks shall produce such Witnesses as he hath for making good the same.
