Sir T. Hebblethwayte's Bill.
The Earl of Dorsett reported, "That the Committee
have considered the Bill concerning Sir Thomas Hebblethwayte, and heard all Parties, who are consenting
to the passing of the Bill; and the Committee are of
Opinion, That the said Bill is fit to pass, leaving out
a Proviso, which they conceive to be prejudicial to the
Heir."
The said Proviso being read Twice, the House agreed
to the leaving of it out.

Thomas Hebblethwayte to sell and dispose of Land, to
pay Debts, and make Provision for Younger Children."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall
pass, leaving out the Proviso?"

Errors in the Judgement against Holles, Sir J. Elliot, & al. to be argued.
Whereas, upon a Writ of Error depending in this
House, against a Judgement given in the Court of King's
Bench, in 5to
Caroli Primi, against Denzell Holles Esquire, (now Lord Holles, Baron of Ifeild) and others,
this Day was appointed to hear the Errors assigned by
the said Lord Holles argued, by Counsel, at the Bar:
It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Errors
shall be argued, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday
the 15th Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon;
at which Time Mr. Attorney General, or some other
of His Majesty's Counsel, or such other Person as Mr.
Attorney General shall appoint, shall be heard what
they shall think fit to offer in Defence of the said Judgement on His Majesty's Behalf.
