PRAYERS.

Accompts of Administrators Bill.

This Day being appointed to read the Bill for continuing and better regulating the Accompts of Administrators; a Proviso was offered to the House, for a Rule to be observed by the Judge in making Distributions, which was read: And, upon Consideration, it was agreed by the House, That the Widow shall have a Moiety of the Intestate's Estate, where there are no Children; and the Heir shall have a Share in the Personal Estate of his Father, besides his Inheritance in Land. And accordingly the Proviso is to (fn. 1) be amended and engrossed.

It is further Agreed, that the Preamble in the said Bill shall be left out; and the Word ["continuing"] to be omitted in the Title, and the Word ["aforesaid"] in the Body of the Bill to be left out; and the Bill to be read the Third Time To-morrow Morning, with this Proviso and Amendments.

Bill against Duels.

ORDERED, That the Bill against Duels shall be read the Second Time on Saturday Morning next.

Byron's Petition.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Dorsett report the Business concerning Mr. Byron, from the Committee of Petitions, on Saturday Morning next.

Mildmay and Cheeke.

ORDERED, That these Words, videlicet, ["by which the said Parties do make out their Claim"] be left out, in the Order made the 7th of April Instant, in the Case of Mr. Mildmay.

Adjourn.
