King's Answer about wearing English Manufactures.

The Duke of Richmond reported, "That he and the other Lords appointed by this House did wait upon the King, with the Vote of both Houses concerning wearing of English Manufactures: And His Majesty is pleased to give this Answer, That He will take speedy Order therein."

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Jonathan Trelawny and others; who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for Continuance of a former Act to prevent and suppress seditious Conventicles;" to which their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Forest of Dean Bill.

This Day Counsel was heard at the Bar, upon the Matter contained in the Bill depending in this House, intituled, "An Act for Increase and Preservation of Timber within the Forest of Deane;" and also upon the Petition of Sir John Wintour relating to the said Bill.

And, after some Debate and Consideration thereof, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill and Petition are committed to these Lords following; whose Lordships have Power to send for, and examine, and hear, such Persons as they think fit; and, having considered of the whole Matter of the said Bill and Petition, are to make Report thereof to this House:
