Message from H. C. with Bills; and to remind the Lords of Two others.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Birch and others; who brought up several Bills, to which they desire their Lordships Concurrence:

1. "An Act for Naturalization of John Conine and others."

2. "An Act for the better Payment of Money received for the Use of the Crown."

3. "An Act for raising Three Hundred and Ten Thousand Pounds, on Wines and other Liquors."

Also to put their Lordships in Mind of Two Bills formerly sent up:

1. A Bill against Conventicles.

2. The Bill concerning Hearth-money.

Bill for raising Money on Wines, &c.

Privileges of the House to be vindicated.

ORDERED, That (excepting the Bill intituled, "An Act for raising Three Hundred and Ten Thousand Pounds on Wines or other Liquors") no other Business shall intervene in this House, till the Privileges of this House be fully vindicated and settled.

No Lords to go out of Town.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That no Lords of this House shall go away out of Town, so as to be absent from the House during the Sitting of this House.

Committee for Privileges.

ORDERED, That the Committee for Privileges do meet presently.
