Lord Mohun takes his Seals.
This Day Charles Lord Mohun, of Okehampton, sat
in this House, by virtue of a Writ of Summons, bearing
Date the 21 of October, Anno Regni Domini Regis Caroli
Secundi 22°, upon his coming to Age, after the Decease
of his Father Warwick Lord Mohun.

Upon Complaint made to this House, "That the
Earl of Westmerland, a Peer of this Realm, is dispossessed of some of his Possessions, during this Session
of Parliament, contrary to the Privilege of Parlialiament:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Privileges of the House of
Peers, &c. shall examine the Matter of Fact complained
of, and make Report thereof unto the House.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Elizabeth Countess Dowager of Peterborough; complaining, "That she
is debarred from proceeding in a Suit at Law, for
Recovery of the Rents and Profits of her Jointure,
by the now Earl of Peterborough her Son:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Peterborough shall have a Copy of the said Petition, and be
heard before any further Proceedings be had thereupon
in this House.
