Doctor Salmon versus Hamb Company
Whereas Counsel was appointed to be heard at the Bar,
on both Parts, in the Cause upon the Petition of Peter
Salmon Doctor in Physic, and other Creditors of the
Fellowship or Company of Merchants Adventurers of
England, commonly called the Hamborough Company
It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Fellowship or Company shall put in their Answer to the said Petitions in Writing on Thursday next, and that Counsel
shall be heard, on both Parts, at the Bar, in the said Cause,
on Saturday the Third Day of December next, at Ten of
the Clock in the Forenoon

This House having fully heard Counsel on both Parts,
upon the Petition of Anne Fry and Mountjoy Fry her Son,
being an Appeal from a Decree made in the Court of
Chancery, concerning a Messuage called Newport House,
and the Answer of George Porter Esquire (as Guardian
to George Porter an Infant) to the said Petition, and resolving to proceed to debate what hath been offered on
either Part on Thursday Morning next, at Ten of the
Clock
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chief Justice of
the Court of King's Bench, the Master of the Rolls, the
Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas, and
the Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer, be
appointed to be present in the House of Peers at the
Time aforesaid
