ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be
committed to the same Committee as Sir William Smithe's
Bill is; and the Lord Eure and the Lord Chandos are
added to the said Committee.
Salmon versus Hamb. Comp.
Upon Consideration had this Day of what hath been
offered, by Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Petition of
Peter Salmon Doctor in Physic, and other Creditors of
the Fellowship of Merchant Adventurers of England,
commonly called or known by the Name of Hamborough
Merchants; and also on the Behalf of Rowland Winn,
John Dogget, Henry Collier, and John Lethicullier,
Members of the said Fellowship or Corporation:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Governor, Deputy Governor, and Assistants, of the said Fellowship
or Corporation, be, (fn. *) and they (or so many of them as
can do it) are hereby, required speedily to call a Court of
the said Corporation, and at that Court to appoint and
authorize some of their Members to attend this House, in
the Name, and on the Behalf, of the said Fellowship or
Corporation, on Tuesday the Twentieth Day of December
Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, and bring
with them the Charter of the said Fellowship or Corporation; and that Notice thereof be given to the Governor,
Deputy Governor, and Assistants, of the said Fellowship
or Corporation, and to their Secretary, by leaving a Copy
of this Order at their respective Houses.

Upon reading the humble Petition of the Serjeants
at Arms attending this House; shewing, "That having,
by His Majesty's Gracious Concession, upon an Order
of this House, had an Allowance made to them of
Ten Pounds to each of them, for their Attendance on
this House in every Session; and, in Pursuance thereof,
having been at the Charge of obtaining a Privy
Seal, and placed it with the Lords Commissioners of
the Treasury, but have not received any Monies
thereupon for Nine Years last past:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petitioners be
recommended to the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, to take the said Serjeants Condition
into their Consideration so soon as conveniently they can.
