ORDERED, That on Saturday Morning next this
House will take into Consideration what Judgement to
give in the Cause between Colt and Colt, having heard
Counsel on both Parts.
Bill against maiming, &c.
The House took into further Consideration the Report of the Conference with the House of Commons,
concerning the Amendments in the Bill to prevent malicious maiming and wounding.
And, after Debate thereof,
The Question being put, "Whether, in the Two
Votes upon the Second and Third Amendments, the Word ["adhere"] shall be left

House to be called.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That this House shall be called
on Monday the Sixth Day of this Instant February; and
the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this
House is hereby appointed to give Notice to all the
Lords who were not present this Day, that their Lordships then give their Attendance on this House.

Upon reading and considering of the Petition of
Thomas Foorth, Joseph Higgs, and others, Creditors of
Philip late Earl of Pembrooke and Mountgomery; praying,
That some Goods late belonging to the said Earl,
which at present are in the Possession of William now
Earl of Pembrooke and Mountgomery, might be exposed
to Sale, for their Satisfaction:"
Which being contrary to the Privilege of Parliament,
it is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition of the said Creditors be dismissed this House.
