Lords went to the Free Conference with the House of
Commons; which being ended, the House was resumed.

ORDERED, That the Petition of Doctor Colladon and
the Petition of the Lady Wortley shall be read Tomorrow Morning.
Greene versus Cole, in Error.
ORDERED, That on Friday the Seventeenth Day of
this Instant February, this House will take into Consideration what Judgement to give, upon the Writ of Error between Henry Greene Plaintiff, and William Cole
Defendant; and that in the mean Time all the Judges
are hereby appointed to consider of the Errors assigned
thereupon, and in special Manner of the Particular
wherein Mr. Justice Wylde differed in Opinion from
the other Three Judges present in this House on the
Ninth Day of January last; and that both Parties concerned are to attend the Judges with the Copies of
the said Writ of Error, and Transcript of the Record
annexed to it, and either with Counsel or without, as
the Judges shall think fit to appoint, to the End the
Judges may be ready to deliver their Opinions in this
House thereupon, in Point of Law, at the Time aforesaid.
