Subsidy Bill.
The House was adjourned into a Committee, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill for granting a Subsidy to His Majesty, for Supply of His extraordinary Occasions.
The House being resumed;
The Earl of Essex reported, "That the Committee
of the whole House have spent several Days in the
Consideration of the Bill for granting to His Majesty a Subsidy for Supply of His extraordinary Occasions, wherein they have made some Amendments,
and have added certain Provisos, which are offered to
the Consideration of this House."
Which said Amendments and Provisos, being read
Twice, were Agreed to.
Then,

vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for granting
a Subsidy to His Majesty, for Supply of His extraordinary Occasions."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with
the Amendments and Provisos now read, shall
pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Message to H. C. with it.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by
Sir John Coell and Sir William Beversham:
To return the Bill of Subsidy, for granting a Supply
to His Majesty for His extraordinary Occasions, wherein
their Lordships have made some Amendments, and have
added certain Provisos, to which the Concurrence of the
House of Commons is desired.
The Earl of Derby and the Earl of North'ton are
added to the Committee for Privileges and the Committee
for Petitions.
L. Steward's Assault.
The Committee to examine the Assault upon the Lord
Steward are to meet on Thursday Morning next, at Nine
of the Clock.
Bill concerning Privilege of Parliament.
ORDERED, That the Bill concerning Privilege of
Parliament shall be taken into Consideration on Friday
