Wool Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill against Transportation of Wool is revived, and appointed to sit this Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

E. of Huntington takes his Seat.

This Day Theophilus Earl of Huntington sat first as a Peer in Parliament, by Descent, by his Proxy.

His Writ of Summons bears Date the 15th Day of April, Anno Regni Domini Regis Caroli Secundi 24to.

The Earl of Dorsett is added to the Bill concerning Sir Ralph Banks.

The Marquis of Worcester, Earl of Manchester, Bishop of Oxon, Bishop of Bath & Wells, and the Lord Windsor, are added to the Committee concerning Attornies.

The Lord Windsor is added to the Committee for Privileges.

Attornies; Apparel; and Decay of Rents.

ORDERED, That it is referred to that Committee as is appointed to consider of the Multitude of Attornies, &c. to take into Consideration and review the Sumptuary Laws, and prepare a Bill for regulating of Apparel; and also to consider of the Reasons of the Fall and Decay of Rents; and to report the same to this House.

L. Berkeley and L. Delawar. Precedency.

ORDERED, That the Cause between the Lord Delawar and the Lord Berkeley of Berkeley, concerning the Precedency claimed by the Lord Berkeley (which Cause was appointed to be heard on Monday next), is hereby put off to Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
