PRAYERS.

Wolrich's Bill.

The Lord Newport reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for the confirming of an Award made by Sir Orlando Bridgman Knight and Baronet, late Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England, for the Ending of all Differences in the Family of Sir Thomas Wolrych Knight and Baronet, deceased, and to enable John Wolrych Esquire and his Heirs to execute the Powers in the said Award mentioned; and have heard all Parties concerned, and received their Consents therein; whereupon the Com mittee are of Opinion, That the said Bill is fit to pass, without any Alteration or Amendment."

It is ORDERED, That this House approves of the Opinion of the Committee; and that the said Bill be engrossed.

The Lord Treasurer, Vicecomes Mountagu, Lord Awdley, and the Lord Powis, are added to the Committee for Privileges.

The Lord Astley is added to the Committee for Privileges, and the Committee for Petitions.

The Earl of Bath and the Lord Awdley are added to the Committee for the Bill of Naturalization.

The Committee for the Bill concerning Sir Rob't Berkley's Estate are to meet on Thursday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Percy's Petition dismissed.

Upon reading the Petition of James Percy, and after Consideration had thereof:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition be, and is hereby, dismissed this House.

Chomeley & al. versus The Grocers Company & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Elizabeth and Margarett Chomeley, by John Savill Esquire their Guardian, Sarah Smith Widow, and Sir Kingsmill Lucy Baronet, from a Decree and other Orders made in the Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending, wherein the said Petitioners are Plaintiffs, against the Wardens and Commonalty of the Mystery of Grocers in the City of London, Sir John Cutler and Sir Thomas Foote Knights, Jeffery Howland, Thomas Gower, Esquires, and others, Defendants:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall give Notice thereof, by leaving a Copy of this Order with either of the Wardens, or at the Dwelling-house of the Clerk of the said Mystery of Grocers in London; which said Wardens and Commonalty and other the Defendants are hereby required to put in their Answer in Writing to the said Petition and Appeal, at the Bar of this House, within Eight Days after Notice given by this Order as aforesaid.

Adjourn.
