Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for confirming Agreements made between Sir Ralph Banks, Sir John Hanham, and others, for Exchange of certain Lands in the County of Dorsett."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it, and the Wool Bill.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Mundyford Brampston and Doctor Lowe; to deliver these Two Bills following, and to desire Concurrence therein:

1. The Bill to prevent Frauds in the Transportation of Wool.

2. The Bill to confirm Agreements made between Sir Ralph Banks, Sir John Hanham, and others.

Holdsworth versus Ly. Honywood.

This Day the Answer of the Lady Honywood, to the Petition and Appeal of William Holdsworth, was presented at this Bar, according to the Order of this House, dated the 13th of February Instant.

Which Answer being read, it is ORDERED, That the Petitioner may have a Copy of the same; and put in his Reply thereunto in Writing, if he see Cause.

The Earl of Anglesey and the Lord Windsor are added to the Committee for the Earl of Sarum's Bill; and the Lord Stourton is added to the Committee for Privileges.

Bellamy's Bill.

The Bill for enabling Robert Bellamy to sell Lands, for Payment of his Debts, is to be read the Second Time To-morrow Morning.

Ld. Fitzwalter, Privilege.

Upon reading the Petition of Benjamin Lord Fitzwalter, a Peer of this Realm; shewing, "That he is in the Possession of the Manor of Burnham, in the County of Essex, and of the several Fishings thereunto belonging;" and upon Oath made at the Bar of this House, by Edward Filby, William Burton, and William Hudson, "That Mr. George Asser the Elder of Barling in the County of Essex (in the said Petition complained of) by his Servant William Living and his Boat, Henry Goodwine of Barling aforesaid by his Servant John Manister and his Boat, John Crush of Little Wakering, and William Bagley of Baglesham, and Robert Chapman of Althorne, in the said County, being present with their respective Servants and Boats, and William Pamplyn of Barling aforesaid by his Servants, have (sitting this Session of Parliament) entered upon and disturbed the said Possession of the said Lord Fitzwalter, in the Manor and Fishings aforesaid, and disowning his Lordship's Right thereunto:"

Asser, Living, & al. sent for, for fishing in Burnham Waters.

All which being contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, it is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said George Asser and William Living his Servant, Henry Goodwine and John Manister his Servant, John Crush, William Bagley, Robert Chapman, and William Pamplyn, and every of them, be, and are hereby, required to appear at the Bar of this House, within One Week next after they shall be respectively summoned by the Serving of this Order, or a Copy thereof upon each of them, to answer for their said Offences; and hereof they may not fail.
