Holdsworth versus Ly. Honywood.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That the Cause between William
Holdsworth Plaintiff, by Petition, and Dame Hester Honywood Defendant, which was appointed to be heard at
the Bar of this House To-morrow Morning, is hereby
put off, to be heard, by Counsel on both Parts, at the
Bar, on Wednesday the Twelfth Day of this Instant
March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof
both the Plaintiff and Defendant in the said Cause are
to take Notice.
