ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That it be referred to the Lords
Committees for Privileges, to consider whether an Appeal unto this House (either by Writ of Error or by
Petition) from the Proceedings of any other Court, being
depending and not determined in One Session of Parliament, continue in Statu quo unto the next Session of
Parliament, without renewing the Writ of Error or
Petition; and report their Opinion unto the House.
