ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is
committed to the same Committee as the Bill concerning Henry Elwaies is.
E. Rochester and L. Dunbar, Quarrel.
The Earl Marshal acquainted the House, "That he
hearing this Morning of an Intent of a Duel, between the Earl of Rochester a Member of this House,
and the Lord Viscount Dunbar, he thought it his
Duty to prevent them from fighting; and having
taken them and their supposed Seconds into his
Custody, his Lordship thought it his Duty (in the
Concern of a Peer of this House) to give their Lordships Notice of it, and desired to receive the Direction of this House therein."
Whereupon the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled do approve of the Earl Marshal's Care, and what he hath done in this Business;
and do order that the Earl Marshal cause the said
Earl of Rochester and the said Viscount Dunbar, and
their supposed Seconds, in his Custody, to be brought
before this House at their First Sitting To-morrow
Morning.

Upon hearing of Counsel this Day at the Bar, as
well upon the Petition and Appeal of Margaret and
Elizabeth Cholmeley and others, Plaintiffs, as upon the
Answers and Demurrers of the Wardens and Commonalty of the Mystery or Company of the Grocers of
London, Sir Thomas Foote, Sir John Cutler, and others,
Defendants:
After Consideration had thereupon, it is ORDERED,
by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament
assembled, That the Earl of Bristoll, Earl of Bolingbrook, Earl of Anglesey, Earl of Aylsebury, Viscount Hallyfax, the Lord Berkeley of Berkeley, Lord Widdrington,
and the Lord Holles, or any Three of them, be, and
are hereby, appointed to speak with both Parties, upon
what hath been offered by the Counsel of the Grocers
this Day at the Bar, in order to the Payment of the just
Debts owing by the said Company; whose Lordships
are to meet on Monday next, at Three of the Clock in
the Afternoon, in the Prince's Lodgings, and when
after they please, for that Purpose; and are to make
Report unto the House.
