Maltings Yard (Fig. 209)
(259) Former House, now house and parish reading room, two storeys, basement and attics, coursed rubble walls, flush dressings, class 10 plan, dates from the mid 18th century. The main elevation is of three bays with central doorway now blocked, platband, moulded wooden eaves cornice on two sides, parapets on the other. Interior considerably altered for its present use.
(260) Former Maltings, group of four ranges, two dating from the first quarter of the 19th century, and two from the second quarter. Mostly three storeys, coursed rubble or squared stone walls. The floors are supported on rows of cast-iron columns.
