To prevent Disputes above the sitting of this Parliament, Bill.

The House took into Consideration the Bill, which was ordered Yesterday to be engrossed against this Day; and ordered the said Bill to be read the Third Time.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for removing and preventing all Questions and Disputes that may arise, concerning the assembling and sitting of this present Parliament."

And before the putting of the Question, the Blank was filled up with these Words ["the 23 February."]

Then the Question was put, "Whether this Bill, now read, shall pass."

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by sir Robert Atkins Knight, and Serjeant Dolben:

To deliver to the Commons the Bill, intituled, "An Act for removing and preventing all Questions and Disputes that may arise, concerning the assembling and sitting of this present Parliament," and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Adjourn.
