Messages from H. C. with Prince George's Bill;

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Henry Capell and others:

Who returned the Bill for the Naturalization of the most Noble Prince George of Denmark, and settling his Precedence; which the Commons have Agreed to, without any Amendments.

and with another Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Francis Russell and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for taking away the Revenue arising from Hearth-money;" to which their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Bill for uniting Protestants.

The House took into Consideration the Remainder of the Report concerning the Bill for uniting Their Majesties Protestant Subjects, the Amendments; and agreed to them; and ordered the Bill to be engrossed, with the Amendments.

Bill for annulling Grants to Papists.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, an Act, intituled, "An Act to annul and make void all Gifts and Grants made to Papists, or to any in Trust for the Use of Papists."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the Committee of the whole House; to be debated the First Day of Meeting after the Coronation.

Coronation Oath, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for establishing the Coronation Oath."

ORDERED, That this Bill is committed to the Consideration of the Committee of the whole House.

And accordingly the House was presently put into a Committee.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee of the whole House have been in Consideration of this Bill for establishing the Coronation Oath; and do think it fit to pass (fn. 2), without any Amendment."

Which the House Agreed to.

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. that the Lords have passed it.

Serle versus Clarke et al.

The House heard the Cause between Mr. Serle Plaintiff, and Doctor Barbone and Sir Robert Clarke and others, Defendants, upon an Appeal to this House, from a Decree given in the Court of Chancery, by the late Lord Chancellor Jefferyes.

Adjourn.
