The House, having heard this Day Sir Richard Holloway and Sir Francis Withings give their Reasons or Grounds for their Judgement given against Tytus Otes in the Court of King's Bench, did order, That all the Judges do attend this House on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock, upon the Occasion of Tytus Otes's Case, upon the Three Writs of Error depending in this House.

ORDERED, That this House shall be called on Wednesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Judges to attend about Oates's Case.

ORDERED, That Sir Richard Holloway and Sir Francis Withins do attend this House on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, upon the Occasion of Tytus Otes's Cases upon the Three Writs of Error depending in this House.

ORDERED, That the Cause between Sir James Bradshaw Plaintiff, and Nathaniell Northend Defendant, shall be heard by Counsel on both Sides at the Bar, on Thursday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Inhabitansf Wales to be heard, concerning the Bill for taking away the Court of the Marches of Wales.

Upon reading the Petition of several Inhabitants within the Principality of Wales, on the Behalf of themselves, and other Inhabitants within the said Principality, praying to be heard, before the Bill, intituled, "An Act for taking away the Court holden before the President and Council in the Marches of Wales," doth pass:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That they shall be heard, by their Counsel, on Monday the 27th Day of May Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

This Day the Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench brought in a Writ of Error, to reverse a Judgement in that Court:

Pilkington is Plaintiff, and Bolsworth is Defendant.
