Upon reading the humble Petition of Thomas Seyer,
of Langham, in the County of Suffolk, Attorney at
Law; shewing, "That he is very sorry for his having
sued Robert Terkill, Servant to his Grace the Duke
of Grafton, contrary to his Grace's Privilege as a
Peer of this Realm; and praying to be discharged:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas
Seyer be, and is hereby, discharged (paying his Fees);
and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
