PRAYERS.
Deye versus Thwaites.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the
Petition and Appeal of John Deye and Frances his Wife,
complaining of a Decree made by the Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal, the Tenth Day of July last
past, wherein the Petitioner Deye and his Wife were
decreed to pay Five Hundred Pounds, and a Moiety of
Four Hundred Pounds, with Interest for the Moiety of
the said Four Hundred Pounds from the Death of
Frances Limbrey, and Interest for the said Five Hundred
Pounds from Two Years after the Death of Thomas
Thwaites, with Costs, as in the Petition, amongst other
Things, is set forth; as also upon the Answer of Martha
Thwaites Spinster, an Infant, by Humphrey South her
Guardian, put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by
Counsel on either Side thereupon, it is ORDERED and
Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal
of John Deye and Frances his Wife be, and is hereby,
dismissed this House; and that the Decree of the Court
of Chancery, from which they appealed, be, and is
hereby affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the
said John Deye and Frances his Wife do pay, or cause
to be paid, unto the said Martha Thwaites, or her
Guardian, for her Use, the Sum of Twenty Pound, for
their Costs and Charges in defending the said Appeal
in this House.

of this Instant December:"
It is ORDERED, That this House will take the said
