Sir Cæsar Wood versus D. of South'ton.
Upon reading the Petition of Sir Cæsar Wood, alias
Cranmer, praying a Day for hearing his Cause, whereunto the Duke of South'ton is Defendant:
It is ORDERED, That this House will hear the said
Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday the 24th Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Sir Cæsar Wood, alias Cranmer,
is to cause timely Notice to be given to his Grace the
Duke of South'ton, to the End he attend with his Counsel accordingly.
Jarvis versus Preston.
The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Cause, wherein Francis Jarvis is Plaintiff, and John Preston is Defendant:"
It is ORDERED, That this House will hear the said
Cause, by Counsel (fn. *) on both Sides, at the Bar, on
Wednesday the 15th of this Instant, at Ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon; whereof the said Francis Jarvis is to
cause timely Notice to be given to the said John Preston,
to the End he attend with his Counsel accordingly.
