The Earl of Rochester reported, "That the Committee have considered the Bill to discharge the Duke of Norfolke and other Trustees, upon paying of certain Sums of Money to the Lady Elizabeth Teresa Russell, Wife of Bartholmew Russell Esquire; and, having heard all Persons therein concerned, do think it fit to pass, with some Amendments."

Which being read Twice, and Agreed to, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed, with the Amendments.

E. of Radnor's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Charles Bodvile Earl of Rodnor to make a Jointure, and raise a Sum of Money, out of divers Lands and Tenements, in the County of Cornwall."

The House being this Day moved, "That the Papers and Writings, now in the Custody of the Clerk of the Parliaments, relating to the Lord Griffin and his Lady, and sent hither, by His Majesty's Command, by the Earl of Shrewsbury, One of His Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, may be delivered to him again; His Majesty having given Order to His Attorney General for Prosecution thereon:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Papers and Writings shall be delivered accordingly.

Fountain versus Coke.

After hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, to proceed in the Cause upon the Petition and Appeal of Andrewe Fountaine Esquire; and the Answer of Edward Coke Esquire, put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, That the Report thereof shall be made by the Speaker To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, the First Business; and nothing to intervene.
