by Mr. Anchitell Gray and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for providing Maintenances for the Children of Sidney Wortley, alias Montague, during his Wife's Life, in case the
survive him."

Upon reading the Petition of Jeoffrey Nightingall,

the Bill, intituled, "An Act for charging and collecting the Duties of Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate, at the
Custom-house:"
It is ORDERED, That the said Petition be, and is
hereby, rejected.
Fountain versus Coke.
After having heard Counsel this Day at the Bar,
in the Cause wherein Andrew Fountaine Esquire is
Plaintiff, and Edward Coke Esquire Defendant, upon
the 1860 Pounds, Mr. Covile's Debt:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will
hear One Counsel on each Side, to proceed upon the
Debt of Five Hundred Forty-two Pounds from Mr.
Backwell, on Thursday next, at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoon: And it is further ORDERED, That, in
the mean Time, both the Plaintiff and Defendant in
this Cause do deliver to the Speaker of this House, a
stated Accompt of both the Sums.
Gore versus Rolt.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the
Cause wherein Sir John Gore is Plaintiff, and Sir Thomas Rolt Defendant, by Counsel on both Sides, at the
Bar, on Wednesday the 22th Instant, at Ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon.
