PRAYERS.

Corporations, to restore, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to restore Corporations to their ancient Rights and Privileges."

ORDERED, That this Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House; and to be proceeded in presently.

And accordingly the House was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of Mulgrave reported, "That the Committee of the House have made a Progress in the Bill concerning Corporations; but, before they go further therein, desire to hear the Opinion of the Judges to some Part of it."

Whereupon it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Wednesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, all the Judges do give their Opinions, in this House, Whether the Surrender of a Corporation is illegal; and that all the Lords be summoned to attend at that Time.

Adjourn.
