the Acts of the late Parliament, begun and held at
Westm'r, the 13th Day of February 1688, to be of
full Force and Effect by the Laws of this Realm, and
for recognizing Their now Majesties King William
and Queen Mary to be, by the Laws of the Realm,
our rightful and lawful Liege Lord and Lady King
and Queen of these Realms."
ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be read the
Second Time on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoon; at which Time all the Lords in and
about the Town are to be summoned to attend this
House.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Pope; shewing;
"That he hath an Appeal depending in this House,
wherein Francisco de Casseris is Defendant, and hath
put in his Answer thereunto:"
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual
and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House
will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at
the Bar, on Thursday the Third Day of April next, at
Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioners are to cause Notice to be given to the Defendant, to the End he attend with his Counsel accordingly.
