Loleworth Manor, Edwards' Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act whereby the Freehold and Inheritance of the Manor of Loleworth, alias Lollworth, and Advowson of the Church of Loleworth, alias Lollworth, in the County of Cambridge, and divers Lands and Hereditaments in Loleworth aforesaid, and in Long Stanton, in the said County, are vested in Altham Smith, of Graies Inne, in the County of Midd. Esquire, and William Gore, of London, Merchant, to the Use of them and their Heirs in Fee Simple, in Possession, to the Use of them and their Heirs, in Trust for John Edwards, of Debdon Hall, in the County of Essex, Esquire, and his Heirs, to the Intent the same may be sold."

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, in the Cause between Sir John Gore Plaintiff, and Sir Thomas Rolt Defendant:

It is ORDERED, That the Speaker do report what was said by Counsel on both Sides thereupon, on Monday next, after the calling of the House.

Upon the Second reading of a Bill, intituled, "An Act for making void several Letters Patents therein mentioned:"

Brownes & al. to be heard about it.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Rupert Browne and Samuell Browne, named in the said Bill, or any other Persons therein concerned, shall be heard, by their Counsel, for and against the said Bill, at the Bar of this House, on Tuesday the Eighth Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
