E. of Cleveland's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for continuing and reviving several Acts herein after mentioned; and for the better and more effectual Payment of the Debts of Thomas late Earl of Cleveland, and Thomas late Lord Wentworth, both deceased."

Bill to reverse a Judgement against Arnold.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the reversing a Judgement in the Court of King's Bench, against John Arnold Esquire."

ORDERED, That the Debate; "Whether this Bill shall be rejected," shall be adjourned to Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and all the Lords to be summoned.

Merchants to be heard, about the Bill to prevent the Exportation of Bullion, and melting the Coin.

After hearing this Day, at the Bar, the Merchants and Counsel for and against the Bill, intituled, "An Act against the Exportation of Gold and Silver, and melting down the Coin of this Realm;" the Counsel being told, "That they must, at their next Hearing, speak to this Point laid down by the Merchants, That if the present Coin be made to pass at a lower Rate, it will have the same Effect as now, and be as easily exported, and with as much Profit:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Merchants shall be heard, by themselves or their Counsel, as also Counsel for the Bill, or any others that shall think themselves therein concerned, on Wednesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

E. Dorset versus Powle.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Cause wherein the Right Honourable Charles Earl of Dorsett & Midd'x is Appellant, and Henry Powle Esquire, Master of The Rolls, Respondent:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Bill to reverse a Judgement against Arnold.

Upon the First Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the reversing a Judgement in the Court of King's Bench, against John Arnold Esquire;" a Debate arose, "Whether the Bill shall be rejected?"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Debate shall be, and is hereby, adjourned unto Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that all the Lords be then summoned to attend.

Mutiny Bill.

Whereas the House was to be put into a Committee on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for punishing Ofsicers and Soldiers who shall mutiny, or desert Their Majesties Service, and for punishing false Musters:"

It is ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee, to consider of the said Bill, on Wednesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Harris versus Osbolston.

Whereas Monday next was appointed for hearing of the Case upon the Petition of John Harris and Mary Harris, as also upon the Petition of Robert Osbolston put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Case on Saturday the 13th Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Chancery, &c. to reform Abuses in, Bill.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Committee appointed to draw a Bill for regulating the Chancery be revived; to fit on Friday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that the Commissioners of the Great Seal be desired to prepare and bring the Bill at that Time.
