of Corn, which obliges English Ships to sail with

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is
committed to the same Lords Committees as the Bill is to
prevent false Musters at Sea; and they, or any Three of
them, to meet To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock in the
Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of
Peers.

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill shall
be committed to a Committee of the whole House.
Then, after long Debate, this Question was proposed,
and read:
Lords to be added to the Commissioners for it.
"Whether Directions shall be given to the Committee, to name some Lords to be added to the
Commissioners named in the Bill?"
Then this previous Question was put, "Whether
this Question shall be now put?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Then the main Question was put.
And it it was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That Four Lords only shall be named by
the Committee, to be added to the Commissioners named
in the Bill; and that it be done To-morrow, by Way of a
Balloting Box.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and
put into a Committee upon the said Bill.
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was
resumed.
And the Earl of Faulconberge reported, "That the
Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; that
the Committee desired the House might be put into a
Committee again To-morrow, at One of the Clock,
upon the same Bill; and that every Lord do bring in
Four Names of Lords, in a Paper, to be Commissioners
in the Bill; and that a Glass be provided to put the
Papers in; and that the Glass shall be opened at One
of the Clock To-morrow."

To all which the House agreed, and ordered the same
accordingly; and that all the Lords in and about the
Town be summoned to attend the House To-morrow, at
Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

attainting Persons in Rebellion in England and Ireland,
and for applying their Estates towards the Charge of
the present War," shall be read the Second Time
