Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest certain Lands, late of Samuell Trotman Esquire, deceased, lying in Barkeing, Eastham, Westham, and Woolwich, in the Counties of Kent and Essex, in Trustees, to be sold; and to settle other Lands in Lieu thereof."

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for granting to His Majesty several Duties upon Paper, Vellum, and Parchment, to encourage the bringing of Plate and Hammered Money into the Mints, to be coined."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

White Paper-makers to be heard.

Upon reading the Petition of the Governor and Company of White Paper-makers of England; praying to be heard to these Words, in a Clause in the said Bill, (videlicet,) ["or printed"]:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, by themselves or Counsel, at the Committee to whom the said Bill stands committed, on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Relief of Creditors in Cases of Bankruptcy, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Relief of Creditors, by making Compositions with their Debtors, in case Two Thirds in Number and Value do agree."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made some further Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, to proceed thereon."

ORDERED, That this House shall be put into a Committee again, to proceed further on the said Bill, on Saturday next, at Eleven a Clock.
