Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Wm.
Dolphin and Katherine his Wife, and Paris Slaughter,
from a Decree made by the Master of the Rolls, the
Tenth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred
Ninety-six; and praying that Francis Haynes may answer thereunto:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Francis Haynes
may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and
he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto,
on Saturday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
