Dolphin versus Haynes.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Wm. Dolphin and Katherine his Wife, and Paris Slaughter, from a Decree made by the Master of the Rolls, the Tenth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six; and praying that Francis Haynes may answer thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Francis Haynes may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, on Saturday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Lords go with the Address.

The Lords went to Kensington, to wait on His Majesty, with their Address.
