The Speaker reported, "That the Lords had attended His Majesty, with the Address of this House, at Kensington, on Wednesday last; and that His Majesty was graciously pleased to return Answer to this Effect; (videlicet,)

"I thank you heartily for this Address: I hope this Peace will be so blessed, that we may long enjoy it.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Lord Mohun:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery do issue a Writ of Certiorari, returnable immediate into the House of Peers, for removing the Indictment found against him, concerning the Death of William Hill, and all other Matters relating thereto.

Sir Evan Lloyd & al. versus Sir Richard Carew & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Sir Evan Lloyd Baronet and Dame Mary his Wife, Sidney Godolphin Esquire and Susan his Wife, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, in Michaelmas Terme last; whereby the Bill exhibited in the said Court by the Petitioners, as Plaintiffs, against Sir Richard Carew Baronet and Charles Tremaine Clerk Defendants, is dismissed; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Richard Carew and Charles Tremaine may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Third Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Undue Marriages of Infants, to prevent, Bill.
