L. Crew, Bp. of Durham, takes his Seat as a Baron.
This Day Nathaniel Lord Bishop of Durham brought
his Writ of Summons, as Lord Crew, upon the Death
of his Brother Thomas Lord Crew; and, after taking
the Oaths, and making and subscribing the Declaration,
pursuant to the Statutes, took his Place on the Barons
Bench, not being in his Bishop's Habit.

vesting in Sydenham Baker Gentleman an absolute
Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple, in a certain Rent,
Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in the County
