It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Sir Evan Lloyd Baronet and Dame Mary his Wife are Appellants, and Sir Richard Carew Baronet and Charles Tremaine Clerk are Respondents, on Tuesday the Eleventh Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Upon reading the Petition of Edward Deere; complaining (amongst other Things) of some Proceedings of William Gibbon, since the Order of this House upon his Appeal:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said W'm Gibbon may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Seventeenth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
