Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to stop the coining of Half-pence and Farthings for One Year."

Whereas the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Hillary Reneu and others," was, on the Eight and Twentieth of May last, committed to a Select Committee:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be, and is hereby, committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Trade to Africa, Bill for settling.

Whereas this Day was appointed, for the House to be put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to settle the Trade to Africa:"

The House resumed the Debate (after hearing Counsel) for and against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making navigable the Rivers Ayr and Calder, in the County of Yorke."

Trinity House, to survey the Rivers Ayr, Calder, and Ouse.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Master and Brethren of Trinity House do, with all Expedition, send such Two of their Members as they shall judge proper, to view the Rivers Ayr, Calder, and Ouse; and make their Observations upon the Place, whether making the Rivers Ayr and Calder navigable, as is proposed by the Bill depending in this House, may be prejudicial to Navigation, and particularly the Navigation of the River Ouse, or any Rivers running into that River; and report their Opinions thereupon to this House.

Who brought up the Replications of the Commons, to the Answers of John Goudet, David Barrau, Peter Longueville, Stephen Seignoret, Rene Baudowyn, Nicholas Santiny, and Peter Diharce, Merchants, and John Pearse Gentleman; and also returned the Answer sent to them.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will consider of the said Message, the First Business, on Friday next.
