The Lord Herbert reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enlarging the
Time for registering of Ships, pursuant to the Act for
preventing Frauds and regulating Abuses in the Plantation Trade," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

enlarging the Time for registering of Ships, pursuant to the Act for preventing Frauds and regulating
Abuses in the Plantation Trade."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall
pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords
have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.
Ruby and Plymouth Prizes to trade as English Ships, Bill.

by Sir Marmaduke Wyvell and others:
To put this House in Mind of a Bill, intituled, "An
Act for the more easy Return of Juries at the Assizes
and Sessions."
Lustring Company, Bill:
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put
into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for
the better Encouragement of the Royal Lustring
Company, and the more effectual preventing the
fraudulent Importation of Lustrings and Alamodes."
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Bishop of London reported, "That
the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and
think it fit to pass, with One Amendment."
Which was read Twice, and agreed to.
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with
the Amendment, shall pass?
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by
