Stanley versus E. of Derby.
Upon reading the Petition of James Stanley and Charles
Stanley, Esquires; praying, "That the Earl of Derby may
be ordered to waive his Privilege; or to grant the Petitioners Leave to sue his Lordship in the Court of
Chancery, for Recovery of Annuities due to them:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Derby
shall have a Copy of this Petition; and do put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the Ninth Day
of February next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
