Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas
Wybergh, of Clifton, in the County of Westmerland, Gentleman, from a Decree of Dismission in the Court of
Chancery, the Eighth Day of July, One Thousand Six
Hundred and Ninety, on Behalf of John Lord Viscount
Lonsdale; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Viscount
Lonsdale may have a Copy of the said Petition; and do
answer thereunto on Friday the Four and Twentieth
Day of February next, at Eleven of the Clock in the
Forenoon.

Message from H. C. for a Conference on the Bill to prohibit the Exportation of Corn, Malt, &c.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons,
by Mr. Heveningham and others;
To desire a Conference, upon the Subject-matter of
the Lords Amendments made to the Bill, intituled, "An
Act to prohibit the Exportation of any Corn, Malt,
Meal, Flour, Bread, Biscuit, or Starch, for One Year,
from the Twentieth Day of January, One Thousand
Six Hundred Ninety-eight."
To which the House agreed.
Answer.
The Commons, being called in again, were told, "That
the House agrees to a Conference, as desired; and
appoints the same To-morrow, at Twelve of the Clock
in the Painted Chamber."
